Salary: $50K – $70K DOEWe are seeking an entry-level to early-career Cybersecurity Engineer / Security Operations Specialist who demonstrates strong interest in security policy, documentation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, strong in documentation writing, and interested in security governance and compliance. Korean bilingual capability is preferred to support collaboration with global teams.
This role supports enterprise security operations, incident response, and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced automotive technology environment.
Job Description
Security Operations
Operate and support security monitoring tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, DLP)
Assist in firewall rules, VPN configuration, and secure remote access
Support vulnerability scanning, patch tracking, and system health checks
Monitor network and email traffic for suspicious activity
Incident Response Support
Assist in incident investigation and documentation
Support root cause analysis and incident reporting
Participate in escalation and coordination during security events
Support audit documentation and compliance evidence collection
Policy & Documentation (Key Focus)
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and technical documentation
Support compliance documentation aligned with frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, TISAX)
Maintain clear and structured records for audits and internal governance
Assist in regulatory reporting and documentation control processes
Access & Identity Management
Support user provisioning and de-provisioning processes
Assist in access reviews and offboarding procedures
Help enforce data classification and security controls
Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or information security (entry-level considered)
Strong interest in security governance, compliance, and documentation
Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or TISAX
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field
Certifications such as Security+ or CySA+ (preferred)
Familiarity with SIEM or basic security tools
Basic scripting knowledge (Python or PowerShell) for automation
