Infrastructure Technician

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Technician with 2–3+ years of experience to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and data center operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hardware, network troubleshooting, and system maintenance, and can work independently or with IT teams to ensure high availability and reliability.

Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, network devices, and related infrastructure
Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and hardware issues
Assist in system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance
Support data center operations, including racking, cabling, and device setup
Work with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and maintenance logs
Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational policies
Assist in backup, disaster recovery, and system redundancy tasks

Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience as an IT or Infrastructure Technician
Hands-on experience with servers, storage, networking devices, and cabling
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data center operations
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
Knowledge of cloud-integrated infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, Server+, CCNA, or similar)
