주요 업무:
• 제조 공정 및 생산 흐름 개발, 실행 및 최적화
• 생산 성과 모니터링 및 공정 개선 및 비용 절감 기회 발굴
• 생산 데이터, 수율(Yield), 설비 성능 분석
• 신제품 도입(NPI) 및 생산 라인 구축 지원품질, 설비 유지보수, 운영팀과 협업하여 생산 문제 해결
• 설비 트러블슈팅 및 공정 검증 지원
• Lean, Six Sigma 등 지속적 개선 기법을 활용한 생산성 향상
• 공정 문서, 작업 지침서, SOP 작성 및 관리
• 안전, 품질 및 규정 준수 보장원인 분석(Root Cause Analysis) 및 개선 조치 실행 참여

자격 요건:
• 공학 학사 학위 (산업공학, 기계공학, 전기공학, 제조공학 또는 관련 전공)
• 제조 또는 생산 엔지니어링 분야 2~5년 경력
• 영어 및 한국어 이중언어 필수
• 제조 공정 및 생산 시스템에 대한 이해
• 생산 지표 분석 및 운영 효율 개선 경험
• Microsoft Excel 및 엔지니어링 분석 도구 활용 능력
• 문제 해결 능력, 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 팀워크 역량

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and production workflows
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Analyze production data, yield rates, and equipment performance
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and production line setup
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and process validation
• Improve production efficiency using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field)
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering
• Must be bilingual in English and Korean
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
• Experience analyzing production metrics and improving operational efficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and engineering analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in battery, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Experience working with ERP/MES manufacturing systems
• Experience supporting automated production lines
• Familiarity with process validation and quality improvement methodologies
