직무 요약:
생산 관리자는 제품 및 서비스가 적정 수량, 정확한 일정, 합리적인 비용, 요구되는 품질 수준에 맞게 효율적으로 생산되도록 총괄 관리합니다. 본 직무는 일일 생산 운영을 관리하며, 생산 일정, 영업, 품질 관리, 견적 부서와 긴밀히 협업하여 원활한 생산 환경을 유지하는 역할을 수행합니다. 또한 전반적인 생산 프로세스를 개선하고 최적의 운영 기준(Best Practice) 달성을 책임집니다.

주요 업무:
• 일일 생산 운영 전반 관리 및 생산 효율, 일정, 비용, 품질 목표 달성
• 생산 및 유지보수 인력의 적절한 배치·교육·관리 (경영진 및 인사팀과 협업)
• 생산 일정 수립 및 조정하여 고객 수요 충족, 초과 근무 관리, 재고 최소화 및 비용 절감
• 영업팀과 협업하여 생산 일정, 납기, 수요 예측 정보 공유
• 품질 기준을 충족하는 제품의 정시 생산 관리
• 생산 흐름 및 생산량 관리, 필요 시 생산 일정 조정
• 구매 부서와 협업하여 원자재 수요 및 자재 흐름 관리
• 타 부서와의 원활한 협업 및 커뮤니케이션을 통해 고객 만족도 향상
• 생산팀 및 유관 부서 간 효율적인 팀워크 문화 조성

자격 요건:
• 생산 관리 분야 5년 이상 경력 우대
• 품질, 공학, 제조, 경영 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 보유자
• 한국어/영어 이중언어 가능자
• 영주권 이상 소지자
• 뛰어난 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 팀 중심의 협업 환경에서 원활하게 근무할 수 있는 능력
• 적극적이고 성장 의지가 강한 태도
• 뛰어난 분석력 및 문제 해결 능력
• 자재 취급 및 물류 흐름 관리 경험

• 압출(Extrusion) 설비 등 제조 공정에 대한 실무 지식 우대

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain adequately staffed and trained personnel, production and maintenance personnel, working closely with executive management and Human Resources to ensure proper management and disciplinary processes of the team
• Establish productive working relationships with other teams to maintain open communication and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Align with Sales Directors in the field to communicate timelines, scheduling and forecasting
• Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer demands, manage overtime, minimize inventory and reduce costs
• Ensure that products are produced on time and meet quality requirements
• Planning, determining, coordinating and controlling the processes around production flow and product output, adjusting schedules as necessary
• Ensuring a strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team and fellow team management departments
• Implementing project schedules and plans in a timely manner
• Directing the production team members to introduce efficient method for approval submission
• Identifying risk mitigation actions and risks
• Mentoring and developing team members and peers
• Effectively and proactively communicate all order statuses for production on a daily basis and as needed

Qualification & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in electronic production management is highly preferred
• Bilingual in English/Korean
• Legal Eligibility to work (Green Card, Citizenship)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to grow
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Experience with material handling, flow
• Experience working directly with purchasing department and communicating raw material needs
• Bachelor’s degree in technical field, industrial engineering, industrial technology, or equivalent work experience or knowledge in a similar environment is a PLUS
• Working knowledge in manufacturing processes specifically to extrusion machine operations is a PLUS
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in connectivity is a PLUS
