■ 업무내용 :
A Sr. Art Director, Print will own retail creative strategy from concept through shelf execution. This is a leadership role that drives how products communicate and influence purchase decisions across packaging, merchandising, and in-store storytelling.
This will lead to the retail creative pillar of a team structured around business growth, not production volume. The expectation is to apply problem-solving thinking, data-informed iteration, and modern AI-augmented workflows to improve shelf performance and brand storytelling at retail scale.

This role works in close partnership with the existing Digital Creative Director to ensure cohesive brand expression across channels while maintaining the specialized craft excellence that retail demands.

– Own end-to-end retail creative strategy across packaging, merchandising, POS, and in-store displays
– Translate product innovation into compelling shelf storytelling that influences purchase decisions
– Build and maintain scalable packaging design systems across SKU lines and retail partners
– Drive speed-to-shelf through templatized workflows, AI-assisted production, and streamlined proofing
– Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales,
– Supply Chain and Trade Marketing to align creative with go-to-market strategy
– Partner with the Digital Creative Director to ensure brand consistency across retail and DTC channels
– Embed iterative refinement cycles into the creative process, using shelf performance data and retailer feedback to improve output
– Manage external vendor and print production partnerships at scale

■ 자격요건 :
– 8+ years in retail/CPG creative roles with progressive leadership responsibility
– Portfolio demonstrating strategic retail problem solving — not just visual polish, but work that drove measurable shelf outcomes
– Deep understanding of packaging production (structural, regulatory, print, dielines, color management)
– Demonstrated comfort integrating AI tools into packaging design and production workflows — not just awareness, but active usage
– Retailer-specific merchandising fluency: planograms, endcaps, in-store display systems
– Expert Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency
– Experience managing complex SKU matrices and multi-retailer packaging requirements
– Strong project management instincts with the ability to balance quality, speed, and scale

■ 연봉 : $130K~$150K/year + Performance Bonus
