주요 업무 (Responsibilities):
제조 실행 시스템(MES) / PLC 연동 운영 및 장애 대응
• MES–PLC 간 통신 오류 분석 및 문제 해결 (프로토콜 분석, Tag 매핑 문제, 실시간 데이터 수집 오류 등)
• 생산 설비·자동화 장비와 MES 간 인터페이스 안정성 확보
• 설비 데이터 수집 로직 점검 및 데이터 무결성 관리
• 신규 설비 도입 시 MES/PLC 연동 테스트 및 검증 수행
공장 운영 시스템(ERP/MES/WMS/ACS) 유지보수
• 시스템 서버 상태 및 서비스 상태 실시간 모니터링
• ERP/MES/WMS/ACS 간 인터페이스 오류 대응 및 장애 원인 분석
• 사용자 계정/권한 관리 및 시스템 설정 변경 지원
• 시스템 성능 모니터링, 튜닝 필요 시 조치 수행
데이터베이스(DB) 운영 및 관리
• DB 백업 정책 수립 및 정기 백업 수행
• DB 성능 모니터링 및 쿼리 최적화
• 운영 중 발생하는 DB 관련 장애 원인 분석·조치
• Audit log 및 데이터 무결성 관리
현장 요청 데이터 제공 및 Query 작업
• 생산/품질/물류 부서 요청에 따른 데이터 추출 및 보고서 제공
• SQL 기반의 Query 작성 및 데이터 가공
• 데이터 품질 검증 및 오류 수정
신규 서비스 개발 협의 및 협업
• MES/ERP/WMS 신규 기능 확장 요구사항 분석 및 정리
• IT 개발업체와의 커뮤니케이션 및 작업 일정 관리
• 변경 사항 테스트 (UT·UAT) 및 운영 반영 지원
• 공정 개선을 위한 데이터 기반 자동화 프로젝트 참여

자격 요건 (Qualifications):
• IT 또는 전기·전자·컴퓨터 공학 관련 전공 또는 동등 경험 5년 이상
• MES/PLC 연동 경험 또는 자동화 설비 통신 이해 (OPC UA/DA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP 등)
• SQL Query 작성 가능 (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle 등)
• 제조 공정 데이터 흐름 및 시스템 구조 이해

우대 사항:
• MES/ERP/WMS 구축 또는 운영 경험자
• PLC 프로그램 (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley 등) 이해 가능자
• SCADA/ACS 운영 경험
• 서버 운영 경험 (Linux/Windows Server)
• 네트워크 기초 이해 (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewall)

Key Responsibilities:
MES / PLC Integration Operations & Troubleshooting
• Analyze and resolve communication issues between MES and PLC systems (protocol analysis, tag mapping errors, real-time data collection issues, etc.)
• Ensure stable interfaces between production equipment/automation systems and MES
• Review equipment data collection logic and maintain data integrity
• Perform MES/PLC integration testing and validation for newly introduced equipment
Factory System Operations & Maintenance (ERP / MES / WMS / ACS)
• Monitor system servers and service status in real time
• Respond to interface errors and analyze root causes across ERP, MES, WMS, and ACS systems
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configuration changes
• Monitor system performance and perform tuning as needed
Database (DB) Operations & Management
• Establish database backup policies and perform regular backups
• Monitor database performance and optimize queries
• Analyze and resolve database-related incidents during operations
• Manage audit logs and ensure data integrity
Data Support & Query Development for Operations
• Extract and provide data and reports requested by production, quality, and logistics teams
• Develop SQL-based queries and perform data processing
• Validate data accuracy and correct errors
New Service Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Analyze and document requirements for new or expanded MES/ERP/WMS functionalities
• Coordinate with IT vendors and manage project schedules
• Support testing activities (Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing) and deployment
• Participate in data-driven automation and process improvement projects

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience (5+ years)
• Experience with MES/PLC integration or strong understanding of automation communication protocols (OPC UA/DA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL query development (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing process data flows and system architecture

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience implementing or operating MES / ERP / WMS systems
• Understanding of PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
• Experience with SCADA / ACS operations
• Server administration experience (Linux / Windows Server)
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls)
