Job Objectives:

Production control manager is responsible for performing their duties through collection and analysis of information necessary for production planning and performance management, and they use and manage ERP systems related to their jobs. In addition, we are obligated to cooperate with the relevant departments’ legitimate business requests (writing and submitting materials).

Role and Responsibilities:

• Establish injection production plan according to customer’s production plan: Check the status of injection stock, machine & mold, rack, etc.
• Make a mold change plan reflecting the production plan
• Register the established production plan in ERP.
• Modification of production plan and ERP in case of trouble (machine/mold/operator issues)
• Daily/weekly/monthly production performance analysis: production efficiency and non-operation cause analysis
• Management/operation of ERP related to production (Routing/B.O.M/Process management, etc.)
• Responding to requests from other departments.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or minimum of 5 year with relevant experiences in Production control.
• Strong analytical and organization skills required.
• Ability to deal with stressful situations competently, effectively, and courteously.
• Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VBA macro required.
• Working on weekends and public holidays
