■ 직무명 : Product Strategy and Management Manager

■ 업무내용 :
1. Project Management & Product Development
– Own the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
– Maintain product assortment documentation, including lineup files and BOM readiness for production
– Ensure product designs reflect latest trends while meeting quality and safety requirements
– Develop and communicate detailed project timelines across U.S., Korea, Vietnam, and China stakeholders
– Build and maintain strong factory and supplier relationships to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
– Lead sample review process and provide detailed feedback to vendors prior to production approval
– Coordinate product testing and troubleshooting during production
– Oversee product validation and ensure compliance with regulatory and performance standards
– Analyze product performance to inform lifecycle management, assortment optimization, and continuous improvements

2. Cross-Functional Responsibilities
– Partner with Product Marketing to align on collection strategy prior to development kickoff
– Support market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and product expansion opportunities
– Drive brainstorming sessions to generate innovative, brand-aligned concepts
– Assist with preparation of product samples for marketing campaigns, retailer presentations, and photoshoots
– Provide product insights and trend knowledge to support promotional initiatives

■ 자격요건 :
– 디자인, 경영학, 마케팅 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위
– 제품 개발 경력 4~6년 (뷰티, 패션, 화장품 산업 경험 우대)
– 여러 제품 출시를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 뛰어난 프로젝트 관리 능력
– 트렌드를 실제 판매 가능한 제품으로 전환할 수 있는 창의적 사고
– Microsoft Excel 및 PowerPoint 고급 활용 능력
– Adobe Photoshop 및 Illustrator 기본 활용 능력
– 데이터 기반 인사이트 도출이 가능한 분석 능력

■ 연봉 : $90K~$110K/year + Performance Bonus
