■ 직무명 : Investment Lead

■ 업무내용 :
The Investment Lead will manage KMC’s surplus funds and the CEO’s personal financial assets, providing strategic investment analysis, portfolio management, and data-driven recommendations to optimize returns and mitigate risk. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Korean, detail-oriented, and experienced in both traditional and alternative investment strategies.

1. Portfolio Management
– Oversee the management of company surplus funds and CEO’s personal assets
– Ensure strategic allocation across equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
– Regularly rebalance portfolios to optimize performance amid market changes

2. Investment Execution & Analysis
– Execute investment strategies in alignment with capital market expectations and risk tolerance
– Analyze corporate financial disclosures (10-Q, 10-K) for investment opportunities
– Evaluate alternative investment opportunities, including commodities and structured products
– Track and benchmark portfolio performance and market indicators

3. Reporting & Advisory
– Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for leadership
– Provide insights on economic cycles, sector outlooks (especially IT and retail), and market trends
– Advise on investment policy, risk management, and capital deployment strategies
– Leverage relationships with investment banks and wealth management firms to access competitive products and favorable rates

■ 자격요건 :
– 회계, 경제학, 경영학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위
– 투자 분석, 포트폴리오 운용 또는 재무 전략 분야 경력 5~8년 이상
– 고급 수준의 Microsoft Excel 및 재무 모델링 능력
– 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 능력
– 높은 수준의 윤리의식, 전문성 및 비즈니스 판단력
– 기업 자산 및 개인 자산 포트폴리오를 모두 관리한 경험 (우대)
– IT 및 리테일 산업 투자 경험(우대)
– Excel 외 금융 시스템 사용 경험 (Bloomberg, FactSet 등) (우대)
– Shopify 등 전자상거래 플랫폼에 대한 이해 또는 경험 (우대)

■ 연봉 : $150K~$200K/year + Performance Bonus
