    Summary
    The Manager – Logistics High & Heavy will contribute to expanding the company’s freight forwarding services by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management, logistics and freight forwarding needed to further expand the company’s market presence. 

    Responsibilities

    Sales and Revenue Support
    Assist in identifying new business opportunities in freight forwarding, including air and ocean freight, drayage, and over-the-road trucking services
    Support senior business development managers in meeting sales targets by actively engaging in client meetings, negotiations, and proposal writing
    Monitor and track sales performance data, helping to prepare reports and insights for senior management
    Client Relationship Management
    Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and providing assistance with their logistics and transportation needs
    Assist in onboarding new clients by understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
    Support senior team members in resolving client issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction
    Market Research and Analysis
    Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to assist in identifying potential business opportunities
    Strategic Alignment with Headquarters
    Collaborate closely with Korean Headquarters to understand and execute the global business strategy at the local level
    Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, customer needs, and business performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives

    Act as the liaison between the local branch and headquarters, facilitating smooth communication and strategy implementation
    Reporting and Documentation
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress
    Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for senior management
    Collaboration with Operations and Finance
    Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and that financial goals are met
    Coordinate with operations to manage freight shipments, resolve logistical challenges, and meet client expectations
    Other duties as assigned

    Compensation Range

    $94,000 – $105,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

    Education & Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree Required
    5 – 10 years of experience relating to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration Required
    8 – 13 years of experience relating to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration Preferred
    1- 3 years of supervisory experience Required
    4 – 7 years of supervisor experience Preferred

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
    Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
    Possibility of operating desk machines
    Precise Manual Dexterity – Writing, Typing, etc.
    Possibility of domestic and international travel – 5%
    Lift up to 10lbs
    Carry up to 10lbs
    Stand/walk
