Day Shift: 8 Positions (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Night Shift: 8 Positions (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking motivated and experienced Production Line Supervisors to oversee daily manufacturing operations for ESS battery packaging at their facility. This role is responsible for supervising associates, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety policies.

Supervisors will play a critical role in coordinating workflow, improving productivity, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage production line associates during assigned shifts

Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are achieved

Assign job duties and monitor workflow efficiency

Enforce company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures

Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance

Provide on-the-job training and coaching to associates

Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

Coordinate with management, quality, and maintenance teams

Prepare daily shift reports and performance updates

Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace organization (5S)

Staffing and Shift Management

Manage approximately 15–25 associates per production line

Coordinate shift transitions and handover reports

Monitor break times and meal periods

Ensure proper coverage in case of absences

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, email)

Knowledge of safety regulations and workplace compliance

Ability to work long shifts and stand or walk for extended periods

Bilingual (English/Korean or English/Spanish) is a plus

Preferred Experience

Experience in battery manufacturing, electronics assembly, or automotive production

Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen experience

KPI and productivity management experience

Team performance improvement experience

Work Schedule

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

12-hour shifts including scheduled breaks

Must be willing to work weekends and overtime as needed

Compensation and Benefits (Temp-to-Hire)

Starting Pay: $20/hour (Negotiable based on experience)

작업자에 대한 현장 교육 및 코칭 제공
운영 문제 신속하게 식별 및 해결
관리, 품질, 유지보수 팀과 협업

작업장 정리 및 5S 유지

인원 관리 및 근무조 운영
생산 라인 당 약 15–25명 관리
근무조 전환 및 인수인계 보고
휴식 시간 및 식사 시간 모니터링
결근 시 적절한 근무자 배치

자격 요건
고등학교 졸업 이상 (전문대/학사 우대)
제조 또는 물류 환경에서 2–5년 이상의 감독 경험
강력한 리더십 및 의사소통 능력
빠른 환경에서 다중 작업 수행 능력
기본 컴퓨터 활용 능력 (Excel, 보고, 이메일)
안전 규정 및 작업장 준수 지식
장시간 근무 및 장시간 서서/걷기 가능
영어/한국어 또는 영어/스페인어 가능자 우대

우대 경험
배터리 제조, 전자 조립, 자동차 생산 경험
Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen 경험
KPI 및 생산성 관리 경험
