■ 직무명 : Regulatory Specialist

■ 직무내용 :
1. Assist with reviewing, organizing, and filing daily production and quality documentation
2. Support internal and third-party audits by preparing and maintaining required records
3. Assist with CAPA documentation and follow-up tracking
4. Support basic quality inspections, sampling, and record keeping during production
5. Assist with monitoring compliance with quality and food safety SOPs
6. Support preparation and maintenance of regulatory documentation for domestic and imported products
7. Assist with managing FSVP documentation for imported items
8. Maintain Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and product testing records
9. Support coordination of product testing with internal teams and external laboratories
10. Assist with quality and regulatory documentation for new product development (NPD) projects
11. Support non conformance tracking and documentation
12. Assist with maintaining calibration records and organizing calibration schedules
13. Support updating and maintaining QC and Regulatory SOPs
14. Participate in quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives

■ 자격요건 :
– 신입 채용
– 학사 학위 이상 (Degree: Food Science, Nutrition/Dietetics major preferred)
– FDA, USDA, CFIA, FTC 등 식품 법규에 대한 지식/경험자 우대
– 영어-한국어 이중언어 가능자

■ 연봉 : $50K/year
■ 근무형태 : Full-Time(On-site)
