업무는 저희 고객사 요청사항(미국회사), 본사 요청사항(한국) 등을 정리하여 유관부서와 공유하고 하나하나 해결해 나가는 업무라고 보시면 될 것 같습니다.
최근 옆에서 본 업무는, 상품 디자인이 바뀌었을 때, 본사(공장)에 디자인 변경 요청, 샘플 수령, 고객사(미국회사) 전달, 승인 받고, 공장에 연락해서 변경된 부분으로 생산. 등의 업무를 하게 됩니다.

그래서 영어/한국어 능통자분을 모집합니다.
Junior 레벨도 가능하기 때문에 급여 range는 $70K~$100K로 설정.

신규 프로젝트를 직접 찾아서 하는 업무가 아닌, 경영진에서 추진하려고 하는 프로젝트 일정관리, 내/외부 커뮤니케이션 등입니다.
가끔 고객사가 패키지 디자인 변경 요청을 하는경우가 있어,
디자인 관련 학과도 지원 가능합니다. Project manager라는 것이.. 의사소통 잘하고, 정리 잘하고, 넓은 view를 바탕으로 업무를 하면 되기 때문.

Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects, with responsibility for scheduling, implementation and managing project changes to achieve project milestones
Source and manage the development efforts of internal and external resources
Facilitate and aide in documenting the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Manage project communications with client and management
Define resource requirements for managing project resource allocation
Generate and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project
Track and report on development progress against plans and budgets
Review and approve all product specifications (includes hardware and firmware specifications)
Set agendas and track action items for regular status meetings
Ensure project changes are handled promptly and efficiently
Travel for this position is less than 10%.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering.
3-7 years experience preferably in engineering development of products.
3-5 years experience as a project manager
Significant experience with Microsoft Project software
Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills

Supplemental Qualifications
Prior work experience in a regulated industry preferably medical device and knowledge of regulatory and safety standards (IEC 60601, ISO 13485)
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
