Network Operations Engineers (Bilingual in Korean)

Company Description
We are seeking On-Site Network Operations Engineers to support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple U.S. locations. This role is responsible for daily network operations, monitoring, incident handling, and coordination with senior engineers to ensure stable and secure network services.

Position will be hired as a full-time

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network systems and infrastructure

Operate and maintain network equipment and circuits

Handle CSR (Customer Service Requests)

Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages

Perform equipment operation and configuration tasks

Prepare operational and incident reports

Support on-site network operations and maintenance activities

1. Arizona (AZ) – 1 Position

Experience Level: 10+ years (senior-level acceptable)

Requirements:

Hands-on experience operating Juniper network equipment

L3 Switches:

QFX5120-48Y-AFO-T

QFX5110-48S-AFO-T2

L2 Switches:

EX4100-24T-TAA

Experience operating Aruba Wireless LAN (WLAN) solutions

Experience operating Fortigate firewalls

2. Georgia – Savannah (GA) – 1 Position

Experience Level: Up to 10 years
(Senior engineer already on-site)

Requirements:

Experience operating Cisco network equipment

Experience with Aruba Wireless LAN (WLAN)

Experience operating Fortigate and/or Palo Alto firewalls

3. Ohio – LH Battery Site – 1 Position

(Senior engineer already on-site)

Requirements:

Experience operating Cisco network equipment

Experience operating Extreme Networks wireless equipment

Experience operating Fortigate and/or Palo Alto firewalls

Qualifications
MUST FLUENT in KOREAN

Ability to work on-site at assigned location

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Ability to work in an operational support environment
