    JOB PROFILE

    Job location: Santa Fe Springs, California / On-site work / Full-time regular employee

    The Warehouse Associate is a critical position within the company that will be leading the warehouse team to
    perform and carry out daily operation to on the outside, better serve the customers and in the inside, maintain
    good/clean work environment. We believe that we must be easier to do business with than our competitors and
    no other differentiator (including the product) is more critical to our growth. The Warehouse Associate will
    challenge all team members to find the most efficient and easy ways to perform at each of their own areas of
    operation. Warehouse Associate not only supports other groups within the company sales group, customer
    service department, order fulfillment group, and tech support team but also work with LTL carriers, forwarders,
    and courier service providers on negotiating discount rates, discussing transportation discrepancies, and finding
    spaces to improve to better support customer’s transportation needs.
    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
    Key Responsibilities:
    – Oversee daily fulfillment services, picking, packing, and shipping.
    – Monitors the daily activities of each staff employee to ensure that safe practices are in place
    and being demonstrated.
    – Manage all the processes involved in products moving from one place to another
    (fulfillment services, testing, modifying, samples, etc.)
    – Support Warehouse Manager in inventory and product management in terms of being accurate
    and efficient.
    – Coordinate with LTL carriers, forwarders, and courier service providers on daily transportation
    needs based on volume and weight of inbound and outbound shipments.

    – Be able to create and manage shipping labels, daily picking and packing documents.
    – Manage the warehouse environment as safe and clean as possible.
    REQUIREMENT:
    – Associate y experience with demonstrated abilities to lead and delegate properly.
    – Extremely high sense of urgency and personal energy.
    – Capable of handling multiple priorities and extra tasks within extensive time demands.
    – Ability to utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Oracle ERP system.
    – Advanced knowledge in inventory and warehouse management, order fulfillment, material
    handling and logistics process
    – Be able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach.
    – Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
    – Be able to operate warehouse equipment, such as Sit-down forklift, Reach truck, Manual pallet jacks.

    -Preferred Korean bilingual

    SALARY$50,000 – $64,000 per Year, DOE
