Job Posting: Business Affairs Assistant Manager-Korean bilingual
Our client is a Korean KOSDAQ-listed Tier-1 supplier to the world’s leading battery manufacturers and the first company to commercialize next-generation electrolytes for electric vehicles. With plants in Korea, China, Poland, Hungary, and the United States, we are rapidly growing our Commerce, GA facility (approximately 1-hour drive from Duluth, GA) and actively hiring for multiple roles.
Position: Business Affairs Assistant Manager (or Specialist)
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (negotiable based on experience) | Non-Exempt (overtime eligible)
Key Responsibilities
Provide full administrative and general affairs support
Draft, edit, and review internal/external reports, presentations, and official correspondence
Act as the central communication hub among executives, departments, and employees
Coordinate with external partners, government agencies, and customers; support corporate PR and official events
Conduct market research, prepare decision-making materials, and track strategic projects
Handle highly confidential information with strict adherence to company policies
Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and other teams to support workforce strategiesQualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher earned in the United States
3–5 years of total professional experience
Minimum 2 years in strategic planning, finance, compliance, or related roles at a U.S.-based company (reference check required)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving ability, and proven multitasking skills
Solid analytical skills (report writing, budget tracking)
U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen strongly preferred
Full professional fluency in both English and Korean (required for global communication)Benefits
