■ 직무명 : Retail Store Manager

■ 업무내용 :
1. Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
2. Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and loss prevention.
3. Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
4. Supervise daily store operations and manage staff schedules.
5. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
6. Plan and execute store promotions and marketing events.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
9. Communicate effectively in Korean and English with staff and customers. Spanish is a plus.

■ 자격요건 :
– Bachelor’s degree
– Previous retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty industry.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for growth.
– Fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written).
– Spanish skills are a plus.

■ 연봉 : $65K~$75K/year
