E-commerce Specialist (Shopify)

Location: Irvine, CA (On-site / Hybrid negotiable)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (DOE)

Company Overview

We are a fast-growing company based in Irvine, CA, specializing in Korean beauty products. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist with a strong background in Shopify platform management, online merchandising, and digital marketing optimization. The ideal candidate will help us drive online sales growth, improve user experience, and streamline backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the company’s Shopify store, ensuring seamless operation and high performance.

Upload, edit, and manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing.

Coordinate with marketing and design teams to implement campaigns and promotional activities.

Monitor website analytics and conversion data to improve sales performance.

Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to improve site efficiency.

Manage SEO optimization, content updates, and web design enhancements.

Oversee order fulfillment process and ensure timely customer service follow-ups.

Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to maintain product availability and accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify experience required).

Strong understanding of Shopify apps, integrations, and Liquid code (basic HTML/CSS a plus).

Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and SEO/SEM tools.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.

Excellent communication skills in English (Korean bilingual required)

자격 요건

Shopify 앱, 통합 시스템 및 Liquid 코드 이해 (HTML/CSS 기본 지식 우대)

Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM 툴 사용 경험

세밀한 업무 처리 능력 및 멀티태스킹 역량

영어/한글 의사소통 능력 필수
