Position & Responsibilities

[Body Quality Control – Number of Positions: TBD]
• Perform quality inspections and manage product dimensions
• Analyze and improve quality issues in in-house production processes
• Prepare and manage daily and periodic quality documentation
• Standardize quality documents and prepare/manage work instructions
• Respond to customer (VDA, new customers, etc.) and internal audits

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong ethics and the ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and local employees
• Strong understanding of work requirements, excellent collaboration skills, and responsibility for completing assigned tasks
• Basic understanding of quality management systems
• Knowledge of measurement methods using measuring instruments, with the ability to analyze problems and implement improvements
• Understanding of inspection processes and various quality verification tests (Destruct Test, RSWA Test, etc.)
• Basic understanding of production processes
