    HR Analyst 채용 합니다 (미국 소재 대기업 현지법인)

    ​Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
    . Maintain and update HRIS records to ensure accuracy of HR data, with emphasis on immigration and visa status tracking.
    . Develop and run HRIS reports to monitor visa expiration, work authorization status, and compliance.
    . Support data integrity audit and system upgrade related to immigration compliance.
    . Partner with HRIS team to implement functions that support immigration case tracking and document management.
    . Coordinate with legal counsel on visa and work authorization cases, including H1-B, E-2, TN, OPT, and permanent residency.
    . Assist with preparation, collection, and submission of documents for renewal, extension, petitions, and compliance filing.
    . Maintain immigration related records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    . Track visa expirations and inform stakeholders of upcoming deadlines.
    . Serve as a contact point for colleagues and candidates regarding immigration questions, status update, and required documentation.
    . Support assessment of work authorization for candidates during the recruiting process.
    . Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to immigration and work authorization.
    . Generate regular reports on immigration case status, timeline, and expenses.
    . Act as a bridge between immigration counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.


    Qualifications/Requirements
    . Bachelor in Human Resources, Business, or related field
    . 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration and/or immigration/work visa case management.
    . Strong understanding of U.S. employment based visa category.
    . Proficiency in HRIS platforms, such as ADP and Workday
    . Data management and reporting skill (Excel, HRIS reporting tool, analytics dashboard).
    . Legally authorized to work in the United States.
    . Occasional travel to other sites may be required.
    . Occasional lifting of items up to 10 lbs.
