. Supervis the Sr Management Teams’ functions:
– Recruit, interview, hire, and train new HR staff.
– Oversee daily work flow of HR department
– Provide constructive and timely performance evaluation
– Provide guidance related to Corrective Action & terminations in accordance with the company policy
. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to understand the organization’s goal and strategy regarding HR management
. Implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support HR compliance and strategy needs
. Administer/oversee HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation/benefit/leave, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, occupational health and safety; and training, etc.
. Identify staffing and recruiting needs; implement best practices for hiring and talent management
. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices; review and
modify policies and procedures to maintain compliance
. Maintain knowledge of best practice, regulatory change, and employment law; apply the knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resource to upper management.
. Develop and implement department budget.
. Perform all other duties as required.자격 요건
. Bachelor in business, HR (Master’s degree is preferred; MBA, MS HR, etc.)
. 10+ year of HR Management experience
. Proficient in MS Office
. Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, time management skills and attention to detail
. Problem-solving and leadership skills
. Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and the Team Members
. Expert knowledge of employment laws and regulations지원 서류
