    Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer
    Job Overview
    A Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for optimizing and improving production processes to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. This position requires working closely with the production team to analyze production data and develop and implement engineering solutions to support the company’s overall operational goals.

    Job Responsibilities
    Process Development and Optimization:

    Design and improve production processes and procedures to improve production efficiency and reduce scrap.

    Analyze existing production processes, identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and implement process optimization plans.

    Quality Management:

    Participate in the development and maintenance of product quality standards to ensure that products meet design and quality requirements.

    Analyze product quality data and quickly identify and resolve quality issues.

    Equipment Management:

    Supervise and maintain production equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize failures.

    Participate in the selection, procurement, and installation of new equipment, as well as conduct equipment commissioning and production preparation.

    Technical Support:

    Provide technical support to the production team, including operational guidance and troubleshooting.

    Participate in new product introductions, providing manufacturing feasibility analysis and technical guidance. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    Collect and analyze production data, write technical reports, and provide improvement recommendations.
    Participate in production line efficiency assessments and optimize production plans.
    Teamwork:

    Work closely with R&D, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure a smooth transition from R&D to production.
    Participate in cross-departmental projects to support product development and process improvements.
    Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    At least two years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of modern manufacturing technologies and methods.
    Familiarity with manufacturing-related quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001, TS16949, etc.).
    Excellent project management skills, able to effectively organize and drive project progress.
    Proficient in CAD, CAM, or other design software, with experience using data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, etc.).
    Strong communication skills and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
