Red flags / signs it could be phishing:
Generic greeting – “Dear” without your name can be a sign of mass emailing. Legitimate recruiters usually personalize the message.
Link without clear URL – Phishing emails often include links that look professional but redirect to malicious sites.
No verifiable contact info – The email doesn’t provide a company domain, phone number, or LinkedIn profile for Holly Fannin.
Too vague / flattering – Emails that praise your experience without specifics can be trying to get you to click a link.
