Job Title: Warehouse Operations Intern
Location: Hazleton, PA 18201, USA
Working Hours : 8 hours from Mon to Fri.
Pay Rate : $20/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Intern to support our daily operations
at the Samsung Home Appliance Distribution Center. The intern will work closely with department managers
to assist with process coordination, data management, reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives
across one or more departments: Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, eCommerce, or Returns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist department managers with daily operational tasks and workflow coordination
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational improvements
• Support data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation processes in WMS (Warehouse
Management System)
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide administrative support
• Assist with tracking inbound shipments, order fulfillment, returns processing, and inventory
reconciliation depending on department
• Communicate with warehouse staff, vendors, and carriers as needed
• Identify potential process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal use
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering,
or related field
• Strong interest in warehouse operations and supply chain logistics
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
