직무: Construction Project Manager

근무지: 미국 현장

경력요건: 5년 이상 ~ 15년 이하

우대사항: EPC 또는 산업 플랜트 시공 관리 유경험자, 영어 가능자

Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee and direct construction activities from mobilization to completion
• Monitor daily work progress and site operations
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and on-site workforce
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards
• Review architectural and engineering drawings for field application
• Manage construction schedule and ensure timely progress
• Identify and resolve field issues in a proactive manner
• Ensure adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols
• Coordinate and lead on-site meetings with contractors and clients
• Track and document construction progress through daily and weekly reports
• Support permit inspections and assist with compliance documentation
• Monitor material delivery and usage in coordination with site logistics
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant construction site
• Assist with project close-out and punch list resolution

• Strong leadership and coordination skills for managing diverse field teams
• Proactive problem-solving mindset for handling on-site issues
• Fluent English communication skills (for reporting and meetings)
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and field safety practices
