Logistics Planner

1. Logistics Planner
Location: Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Warehouse Planning:

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse logistics plans.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.

Monitor inventory levels and plan for stock replenishment.

Work with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Analyze logistics data and generate performance reports.

Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, production, customer service).

Resolve logistics-related issues (e.g., delays, damages, misroutes).

Participate in continuous improvement of logistics workflows.

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and company policies.

Administrative Support:

Assist in documentation and recordkeeping related to shipments and inventory.

Support internal reporting and logistics planning meetings.

Communicate with external vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Maintain both physical and digital files related to logistics operations.

Support ad hoc projects as directed by the logistics manager.

Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in warehouse logistics or planning.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving and planning skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Forklift or warehouse operation experience is a plus.

Korean / English Required; Spanish is a plus.
