ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Manage day-to-day accounting, monthly, quarterly accounting functions, such as general ledger, payroll. financial reports, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and tax filings

Create new internal accounting corporate policies and maintain existing policies

Department coordination about accounting or financial procedure

Interface with banks on reporting, compliance, and cash management

Monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams

ERP project coordination (development and implementation)

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required

5+ years’ hands on experience (certified public accountant preferred Logistics area preferred)

Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required

Advanced Microsoft office, proficiency QuickBooks and experience with ERP system Interface

SFAS Rules, Accounting, Managing Processes

Bilingual English/Korean
