Store IT Administrator in San Jose, CA & Carrollton, TX – Korean Bilingual

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000/year (DOE)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking two Store IT Administrators to manage in-store IT operations at our San Jose, CA and Carrollton, TX locations. These individuals will play a vital role in supporting daily store IT infrastructure and assisting store staff with technology-related issues.

Job Description:

Maintain and manage in-store IT equipment (PCs, POS systems, printers, etc.)
Support and monitor CCTV systems and network infrastructure
Provide daily IT support to store employees
Participate in a 3-week onboarding training program at headquarters

Qualifications:

Prior experience in IT support or store-level IT operations preferred
Basic understanding of network and CCTV systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Bilingual ability (English/Korean) preferred
