Position Title: Quality Associate

General Responsibilities:
•Input specification and data into ERP system to build a database from incoming to shipping.
•Assist with data analysis.
•Participate in article inspection and document management.
•Participate in inspection of products for flaws and/or defects.
•Participate in item testing and analyze by size, weight, chemical composition, and components.
•Ensure production processes meet the industry standards.
•Create quality control test reports and analyze data to improve production processes.
•Assist with implementation of quality improvement activities and policies.
•Generate documentation for Quality Management program.
•Assist with statistical analysis and data analysis (OWT, SPC, CPK).
•Participate in quality control audits.
•Investigate, monitor, document and report quality of care and service issues.
•Register all control plan items in ERP system.
•Set specification per item using current control plan in ERP system.
•Create the Control Plan.
•Set daily inspection items in ERP system.
•Collect quality data.
•Assist with generating the Quality Alert and sorting/rework instructions.
•Participate in scrap meeting and register QIR into ERP system.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.
•Basic knowledge of computer and quality tools.
•Must be able to lift 30lbs.
•Good math skills.
•Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus.

Stipend: $60K – Up/ year
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
