Position Title: Bookkeeping, HR
General Responsibilities:
•Perform accounting duties, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
•Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
•Oversee HR functions such as employee onboarding, record management, and benefits administration.
•Support budgeting efforts, conduct financial analysis, and monitor expenses.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and personnel records.
•Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions related to insurance.
•Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
•Collaborate with internal departments.Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
•Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft office applications
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Highly detail-oriented.Stipend: $60-65k up / year
Working Hour: Mon ~ Fri, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
