    Job Title: Battery Scientist

    Battery Material Research:

    Responsible for the design and synthesis of battery materials, including cathode materials, anode materials, electrolytes and separators, and exploring new high-performance battery materials.

    Evaluate the electrochemical properties, thermal stability and cycle life of materials to improve the overall performance of the battery.

    Battery Performance Testing and Analysis:

    Perform experimental tests of battery performance, including battery capacity, energy density, power density, charge and discharge efficiency, etc., analyze test data and write reports.

    Use a variety of analytical methods (such as SEM, XRD, FTIR, etc.) to characterize battery materials to verify research results.

    Battery System Development:

    Participate in the integration and optimization of battery systems, study battery management systems (BMS) and their interaction with batteries to ensure safety and performance optimization.

    Develop battery charge and discharge curves to optimize battery efficiency and life.

    Technology Innovation and Patent Application:

    Actively participate in technology research and development, promote battery technology innovation, formulate project plans and implement them.

    Write technical documents and scientific research papers, apply for patents to protect research results and promote technology commercialization.
    Cross-departmental cooperation:

    Work closely with teams such as mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, and software development to ensure that battery technology achievements can be effectively integrated into products.
    Establish cooperative relationships with external partners (such as universities and research institutions) to promote technical exchanges and resource sharing.
    Market research and trend analysis:

    Pay attention to the development trends and market demand of the battery industry, analyze the technology and products of competitors, and effectively guide the direction of research and development and product positioning.
    Propose product improvement suggestions to meet customer needs and market changes.
    Technical support and training:

    Provide technical support to production, quality, sales and other departments, and answer technical questions in applications.
    Participate in team training to enhance team members’ professional knowledge and skills in batteries and related fields.
    Qualifications:

    Education requirements: Master or doctoral degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, electrochemistry or related majors.
    Work experience: More than 3 years of work experience in battery research and development or related fields, and those with experience in lithium battery or energy storage technology research are preferred.
    Professional knowledge: Familiar with battery materials, chemical properties and battery performance testing, and have a solid basic knowledge of electrochemistry.
    Skill requirements:
    Proficient in battery testing equipment and characterization techniques.
    Able to proficiently use data analysis tools (such as MATLAB, Python, etc.) for data processing and analysis.
    Innovation ability: Possess excellent innovative thinking and experimental design capabilities, and be able to conduct research work independently.
    Communication skills: Possess good teamwork and communication skills, and be able to effectively convey technical opinions and results.
