Position Title: Project Management

General Responsibilities:
• Project manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects
• Help coordinate and manage the project from inception to completion
• Review project designs and contributes ideas for cutting costs & schedule
• Help problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project
• Help create, manage and maintain the project budget

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of construction
• Knowledge of reading blueprint
• Must be fluent speaking of English
• Good relationship w/people and can manage multiple tasks

Stipend:
• 1-5yrs: $50k – 65k
• 5-10yrs: S65k – 85k
• 10+yrs: $85K+

Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
