Position Title: Digital Social Media Marketing Manager
Role Description:

• Manage a team of marketing members focused on content creation, content management, and execution of social media strategy including influencer marketing campaigns across a diverse range of platforms for the purpose of Social Commerce.
• In charge of increasing brand recognition, awareness campaigns, driving engagement, creating a strong sense of community, and ultimately, leading to customer conversion
• Manage and execute digital marketing / social media / ecommerce marketing efforts effectively
• Oversee the content creation process and implementation of initiatives or campaigns on social media platforms
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and content roadmap for company websites and each social media platform that aligns with company brand identity, target audience, and business goals
• Monitor and analyze website and social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement
• Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, helping in responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries
• Engage accounts to identify areas of opportunity with potential and current collaborators and partnersQualifications:
• 4-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, E-Commerce
• Fluent in Chinese & English
• Skilled with visual storytelling, art direction, and content creation, especially with short video platforms
(TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• TikTok Shop, Live-Streaming Sales, Shopify, Walmart.com etc.,
• Deep understanding of social media and E-Commerce platforms and best practices
• Proven track record of growing and managing e-commerce stores
• Experience in successfully leading and managing a team of 2-5 individuals
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts
• Has experience in marketing physical products, managing social media advertising campaigns, influencer campaigns
• Social Media management tools (e.g., Creator Search Insight, VidIQ, etc.)
• Data or Asset Management Software (Airtable, GSheets, Air, etc.)
• Marketing automation and outreach tools (CRM platforms, lead generation, etc.)
• Video and photo editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, iMovie, Adobe Premier, etc.)
• Analytics tools (e.g., Shopify Analytics, TikTok Shop Analytics, etc,)Stipend: $78,000/ year
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.Fringe Benefits:
