    Position Title: Social Media Manager

    Role Descripton:
    We are a U.S.-based K-pop concert production and promotion company that executes K-pop tours globally—including in North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Social Media Manager to lead our global social media presence and fan engagement strategy. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all social media platforms to promote K-pop artists and upcoming tours. The Social Media Manager will play a key role in growing our online audience, driving fan engagement, and supporting ticket sales through strategic digital storytelling and timely, impactful content.

    General Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with tour and artist promotion goals
    • Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
    • Maintain and optimize a social media content calendar to align with campaign timelines and tour announcements
    • Design and write engaging posts, captions, and visuals in coordination with the marketing and creative teams
    • Lead real-time fan engagement, community management, and social listening across platforms
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (labels, artist teams, influencers, press) to coordinate social assets and messaging
    • Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies
    • Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes, trends, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge
    • Support influencer outreach and UGC (user-generated content) strategy
    • Ensure that content adheres to brand voice, visual guidelines, and artist management requirements
    • Manage social media budgets related to promotions, paid boosts, and content production as needed
    • Provide live event coverage (remotely or on-site), including posting real-time updates, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and interacting with fans

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or entertainment company
    • Deep knowledge of content creation and platform strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
    • Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics
    • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to match the brand and K-pop fandoms
    • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite)
    • Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a strong plus
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
    • Experience working with influencers, content creators, or fan communities
    • A deep understanding of K-pop fandom culture and trends is highly preferred
    • Fluent in English; Korean and Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
    • Flexible availability for weekend or evening posts and travel to events when necessary

    Stipend: $40K ~ $80K (TBD)
    Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.
