Position Title: R&D Assistant

Job Description:
As a Product (PO/R&D) Assistant, you will play a vital role in the innovative landscape of the beauty industry.
In this fast-paced environment, you will assist in research and development activities, conducting thorough market research to inform product strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering and business teams, addressing product-related inquiries, and supporting the planning and execution of new product launches and events. By engaging with stakeholders through product demonstrations and training sessions, you will contribute to the successful introduction of innovative solutions that align with our commitment to excellence.

General Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive market research through surveys, desktop analysis, email communication, phone inquiries, and attending competitor product launches.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all product-related questions, addressing queries effectively.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to strategize and support product development initiatives.
• Participate in sales and marketing workshops or refresher courses to enhance skills.
• Assist in planning and executing new product launches and related events.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations for customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Support the development of business plans by gathering insights and contributing ideas.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions while attending meetings as necessary.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and communicate findings to the Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide constructive product recommendations and suggestions to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong ability to learn and recall product specifications and details.
• Effective communicator with skills to deliver inspiring product demonstrations.
• Deadline-oriented with flexibility to work after hours when needed.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Demonstrates a strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Stipend: J1-16/hour (3개월후 $17로인상) / Local: $40 – $50k/ year (협의가능)
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 9 am to 6 am
