Position Title: HR/Accounting Specialist
General Responsibilities:
• Handle accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits administration.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate financial and employee records.
• Process invoices, payments, and insurance-related financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
• Experience with EPIC Systems (insurance industry software) is a plus.Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience in accounting and bookkeeping required.
• HR experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with EPIC Systems or insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.Stipend: $45k -70k up
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.Fringe Benefits:
