    Job Title: Director of Automotive Electronics and Electrical Manufacturing

    Job Location: Atlanta (DeKalb County)

    Job Overview:
    The Director of Automotive Electronics and Electrical Manufacturing is responsible for leading and managing the company’s automotive electronics and electrical manufacturing departments to ensure product quality, production efficiency and cost control. In the rapidly developing automotive electronics industry, you will drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure the company’s competitiveness in technology and the market.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning and Implementation:

    Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan for automotive electronics and electrical manufacturing to support the company’s overall development goals.

    Identify industry trends and technological changes, and promote new product development and technological innovation.

    Production Management:

    Supervise the production process of automotive electronics and electrical appliances to ensure production efficiency and delivery time.

    Monitor the operating status of equipment to ensure efficient operation and timely maintenance of production equipment.

    Quality Control:

    Responsible for formulating and implementing strict quality management standards to ensure that products meet industry standards and customer requirements during design and production.

    Lead quality improvement projects to reduce defect rates through data analysis and root cause analysis.

    Team Leadership:

    Lead and motivate the manufacturing team to promote employee skills and career development.
    Encourage cross-departmental cooperation between teams, optimize work processes, and improve overall team performance.
    Supply Chain Management:

    Effectively cooperate with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials and components.
    Manage cost control and procurement strategies in the supply chain to optimize overall operational efficiency.
    R&D and Product Development:

    Work closely with the R&D team to promote the development of new products and technology conversion, and ensure that design functions meet production requirements.
    Track the application of new technologies to improve the technical content and market competitiveness of products.
    Compliance and Risk Management:

    Ensure that the production process meets relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements, participate in and promote compliance audits.
    Identify risks in the production process and develop response strategies to reduce potential losses.
    Customer Relationship Management:

    Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and adjust production and product strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
    Handle customer quality complaints and ensure fast and effective solutions.
    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields, master’s degree preferred.
    At least 10 years of experience in automotive electronics or electrical manufacturing, including at least 5 years in management positions.
    Deep understanding of electronic and electrical production processes, quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
    Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and develop teams.
    Solid problem-solving and data analysis skills, able to drive decisions through data.
    Good communication skills, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external parties.
    Familiar with relevant manufacturing management software and tools (such as ERP system, MES system, etc.).
