Position Title: Creative Director (Art Director & Packaging)
General Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the Creative Director, while working closely with the Marketing and Product Development teams to create and plan design deliverables
• Conceptualize and develop innovative designs that maintain Brand consistency for primary and secondary packaging
• Create packing mock-ups/prototypes
• Follow best practices for brand guidelines, to ensure projects adhere to brand standards
• Assist with managing design team
• Communication with overseas factories
• Actively follow global retail trends and be proactive in contributing fresh ideas to help drive consumer engagementQualifications:
• 5+ years in Graphic Design/Graphic Arts, Digital Media or related field
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Key Gor, Rhino & InDesign)
• Strong typographic skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Exceeds working independently but also thrives creatively while working alongside others
• Deadline-oriented; proven ability to meet both creative and timing expectations
• Ability to present concepts/ideas to Sr. ManagementStipend: $130,000 ~ $150,000/ year
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.Fringe Benefits:
