Job Title: Automotive Quality Director

Reporting to: [Chief Operating Officer]

Job Overview
As the Automotive Quality Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the company’s quality management system to ensure that product quality meets international standards and customer expectations. You will lead the quality team, oversee the quality control process, promote continuous improvement, and ensure the company’s competitiveness in the market.

Main Responsibilities
Quality Management System:

Lead and maintain the implementation and certification of relevant quality management systems such as ISO/TS16949.
Develop and update quality management policies, processes and standards.
Quality Control and Audit:

Supervise quality control activities during the production process to ensure that products meet quality standards at all stages.
Perform regular internal audits and quality inspections to identify and resolve potential problems.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyze production and quality data and develop corresponding improvement measures.
Submit quality reports to the senior management team to provide decision-making support.
Customer Communication and Coordination:

Maintain close contact with customers, respond to customer quality complaints and feedback in a timely manner, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and parts.
Team Management and Training:

Lead and develop the quality team, develop employee training plans, and improve the team’s professional skills and quality.
Promote teamwork and create a positive working atmosphere.
Improvement Projects:

Lead continuous improvement projects (such as Six Sigma, Lean Production, etc.) to promote the company’s continuous improvement in quality.
Promote quality assessment and problem solving in the development of new products.
Qualifications
Educational Background:

Bachelor degree or above in engineering technology or related majors.
Work Experience:

More than 5 years of experience in quality management in the automotive industry and more than 2 years of management experience.
Familiar with automotive industry quality standards (such as ISO/TS16949, IATF16949, etc.) and related regulations.
Skill Requirements:

Solid theoretical foundation of quality management, with practical experience in statistical analysis, quality tools and methods.
Excellent communication skills and team management skills, able to effectively coordinate work between departments.

Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
Good decision-making ability and innovation awareness, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
