Position Title: Sr/ Product Manager

General Responsibilities:
•Work with cross-functional team on developing products from conceptualization to commercialization across all categories.
•Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends for product development direction.
•Analyze current and future product lines profitability/viability, provide reports and make recommendations to the leadership.
•Assist with developing and executing short-term NPD pipelines to drive long-term brand objectives and business goals.
•Support go-to-market plan and ensure successful launch execution.
•Track effectiveness of product launch campaigns/programs and reporting findings/insights to the relevant business teams.
•Develop trade promotion materials including trade shows, brand related events.
•Manage all product specs and sales information, such as sell sheets, brochures, etc.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field.
•2+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing experience is essential.
•Proven history of marketing, strategy and planning, as well as new product development.
•Excellent time management, attention to details, and project prioritization skills.
•Ability to analyze data and transform into meaning insights is a plus.
•Influencing skills and team player; able to manage and motivate people.
•Strong project management skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Proficiency in Korean is preferred but not required.

Stipend: $60K~$120K/ year
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
