    Job Description: Supply Chain Director
    Job Overview
    The Supply Chain Director is the core leader of the company’s supply chain management, responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to ensure that all aspects of the product from procurement to delivery are efficient, coordinated and transparent. This position requires extensive supply chain management experience, excellent analytical skills and excellent team leadership skills, aiming to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Main Responsibilities
    Supply Chain Strategic Planning

    Develop and implement the company’s overall supply chain strategy, align with the business strategy, and promote the realization of the company’s development goals.
    Evaluate market trends and business needs, identify supply chain improvement opportunities, and optimize supply chain processes.
    Supply Chain Management

    Supervise and manage all aspects of the entire supply chain, including procurement, production, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
    Ensure efficient communication and coordination between suppliers and internal teams to improve the responsiveness and flexibility of the supply chain.
    Supplier Management

    Responsible for supplier selection, evaluation, relationship management and performance evaluation to ensure the quality of materials and services.
    Conduct negotiations to optimize supply terms and conditions, reduce procurement costs, and ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain.
    Inventory Management

    Monitor and manage inventory levels, formulate inventory control policies, reduce inventory costs, and improve turnover.
    Optimize inventory management through demand forecasting and analysis to ensure that product supply matches customer demand.
    Data Analysis and Reporting

    Analyze supply chain-related data and indicators, identify problems and improvement opportunities, and develop corresponding strategies.
    Provide supply chain performance reports and improvement suggestions to the senior management team on a regular basis.
    Team Management and Development

    Lead and manage the supply chain team, provide training and development opportunities, and improve the overall quality and capabilities of the team.
    Cultivate a team collaboration atmosphere and motivate employees’ enthusiasm and creativity.
    Technological Innovation and Continuous Improvement

    Track new trends, new technologies, and new tools in supply chain management in the industry, and promote the application of technology in supply chain management.
    Use lean, six sigma and other methods to promote continuous improvement projects and improve supply chain efficiency.
    Job Requirements
    Education: Bachelor degree or above in supply chain management, logistics management, business administration or related majors.

    Experience: At least 10 years of supply chain management experience, more than 5 years of experience in equivalent management positions.

    Skills:

    Familiar with supply chain management tools and software systems (such as ERP, MRP, etc.).
    Excellent data analysis skills and strategic thinking, able to use data to drive decision-making.
    Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, effective communication with leaders and employees at all levels.
    Qualities:

    Excellent leadership, able to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.
