    Job Description: Quality Director
    Job Overview
    The Quality Director is responsible for the quality management and assurance of the company’s products and services to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements and company quality policies. This position requires extensive quality management experience, solid professional knowledge and excellent team leadership to improve the company’s overall quality level and customer satisfaction.

    Main Responsibilities
    Quality Strategy Formulation

    Formulate and implement the company’s quality management strategy and policies to ensure consistency with the company’s overall goals.
    Monitor industry trends and regulatory standards to identify opportunities for improvement in quality management.
    Quality Management System Construction

    Establish, maintain and improve the company’s quality management system (such as ISO 9001, TS16949, etc.) to ensure its effective operation.
    Responsible for the organization and coordination of internal audits, external audits and related certification work.
    Quality Assessment and Control

    Formulate and implement quality assessment and control processes to ensure product quality in all aspects of design, production, procurement and delivery.
    Conduct supplier performance evaluation and management to ensure that purchased products and services meet quality standards.
    Team Management and Development

    Lead the quality management team and conduct team building and personnel training according to business needs.
    Motivate team members to be proactive and innovative, and improve overall quality awareness.
    Customer Relationship Management

    Lead customer complaint handling and quality feedback to ensure timely response and effective problem solving.
    Maintain good communication with customers, conduct regular quality reviews, and improve customer satisfaction.
    Data Analysis and Reporting

    Collect, analyze and count quality data, and regularly generate quality reports and management reports.
    Identify potential risks and develop improvement measures through data-driven methods.
    Continuous Improvement

    Promote a culture of continuous improvement and organize quality improvement activities such as Six Sigma and Lean Production.
    Set and implement quality goals, and regularly evaluate and review the achievement of goals.
    Job Requirements
    Education: Bachelor degree or above in quality management, engineering, technology or related majors.
    Experience: At least 8 years of experience in quality management and control, and more than 5 years of experience in team management.
    Skills:

    Familiar with quality management tools and methods (such as FMEA, SPC, QMS, etc.).
    Have strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
    Proficient in using various quality management software and related tools.
    Qualities:

    Strong leadership and communication skills, able to collaborate with various departments.
    Highly enthusiastic and responsible for quality management, with the ability to solve complex problems.
    Possess strategic thinking, able to provide strong support for the company’s quality development.
