Position Title: Sales Support
General Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Assist in managing client inquiries and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Sales Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts, quotes, and order forms.
• Market Research: Support research and data analysis for market trends and customer needs.
• Lead Management: Track and update sales leads in CRM systems and coordinate follow-ups.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events.Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
