Job Description: Semiconductor Manufacturing Manager
Job Overview
As a semiconductor manufacturing manager, you will lead the manufacturing team and be responsible for the daily operation and management of semiconductor production lines to ensure that products are delivered on time, of qualified quality and cost-effective. This position requires you to have extensive knowledge and management experience in semiconductor manufacturing and be able to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
Production Operations Management:

Responsible for the overall management of semiconductor production lines, ensuring the execution of production plans and full utilization of resources.
Monitor and optimize production processes to increase output and efficiency and reduce production costs.
Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and guide cross-functional teams and cultivate professional skills and career development of team members.
Develop team performance appraisal standards, regularly evaluate team performance, and provide feedback and support.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure that semiconductor products meet design and customer requirements and implement strict quality control processes.
Solve quality problems that arise during production and promote continuous quality improvement plans.
Equipment and Technology Management:

Supervise the maintenance and update of production equipment to ensure that the equipment operates in the best condition.
Track industry technology development, evaluate and introduce new technologies and equipment to improve production capacity and efficiency.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are followed during production to create a safe working environment.
Improve team safety awareness and conduct regular safety training and drills.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze production data, develop detailed production reports, and support management decisions.
Monitor production indicators, identify bottlenecks, and develop corresponding improvement plans.
Cross-departmental collaboration:
Work closely with R&D, quality management, supply chain, and sales to ensure a smooth transition of products from R&D to production.
Participate in new product development projects to ensure that new products are feasible and efficient during production.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, semiconductor engineering, electronic engineering, materials science or related majors.
More than 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, at least 3 years of management experience, familiar with front-end or back-end manufacturing processes are preferred.
In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including processes such as lithography, etching, deposition, and packaging.
Strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
Excellent team leadership skills, good at motivating and developing team members.
Good data analysis skills, able to use analytical tools for performance evaluation and improvement.
Strong communication skills, able to work across departments and promote teamwork.
