Position Title: Dispatcher

General Responsibilities:
• Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
• Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
• Prepare required documentation and processes for Department of Transportation (DOT) audits
• Manage hiring, recommend, advise, and firing truck drivers
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
• Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered
• Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
• Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information

Qualifications:
– Safety Management
• Monitoring all safety programs including all FMCSA/DOT guidelines and regulations
• High level of interaction with operations management and fleet drivers
– Dispatch Management
• Ability to scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision

Stipend: $55,000 ~ 90,000/ Year
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
