Position Title: Marketing Associate Entry Level

General Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams with R&D, Sales, and Finance to support product launches, promotional activities, and branding efforts.
• Manage and create content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and traditional marketing.
• Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, sport events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
• Work with PR teams to manage media relations and influencer partnerships.
• Track and report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:
• 0-3 years of relevant experience Preferred
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics or related field preferred
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated strength in creative thought and visual problem solving
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States

Stipend: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. or 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
