    Qualifications:

    • BS degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or a related field
    • Proven track record of successful account management roles (ideally 7~13 years), preferably in the EV charging industry or in a related/similar industry.
    • Understanding of EV charging technology, market dynamics, and industry trends.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and lead the sales team effectively.

    Job Description:

    Position Overview: As the Sales Manager for EV chargers, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. You will develop new business opportunities by acquiring new accounts, and manage a portfolio of accounts by building strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct Sales to Customers:
    Personally engage in direct sales activities, including identifying, contacting, and meeting with potential customers.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and close sales deals to contribute to overall revenue generation.
    • Customer Engagement:
    Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch customer service.
    Identify and cultivating new business opportunities.
    • Sales Strategy and management:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
    Collaborate with head of sales and project managers of headquarters to set sales targets, develop sales plans, and align them with the company’s overall goals
    Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Budget and Resource Management:
    Manage the sales’ budget and allocate resources effectively to support sales activities.
    Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align resources and strategies for success.
    • Reporting and Documentation:
    Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the head of sales.
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
