Position Title: SCM Analyst

General Responsibilities:
1. Material Flow Monitoring and Inventory Management
-Monitor and validate EDI/Manual Release POs and DELFOR data.
-Generate material requirement reports and urgent lists; follow up with HQ.
-Track in-transit materials and container deliveries using system tools.
-Manage release changes, new parts, and obsolete lists through data control.
-Report delivery discrepancies and confirm end/carry-over materials with customers.

2. Material Engineering Control
-Support resolution of engineering and manufacturing issues via data analysis.
-Track new parts and PPPS status; manage part registration and technical data.
-Maintain and update SPQ, ship-to codes, and related database fields.

3. Shipment Preparation and Delivery
-Coordinate shipments and monitor schedules through ERP/logistics systems.
-Prepare ASNs and commercial documents digitally for international customers.
-Analyze shipment trends and support logistics performance reporting.

4. Logistics
-Confirm pick-ups and monitor milk-run schedules using online platforms.
-Track and resolve shipment issues through data logs and system reports.
-Support container/forwarder scheduling through system-based coordination.

5. Customer Service and Support
-Communicate order and inventory status using structured reports and trackers.
-Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams based on data insights.

6. Others
-Support TAC Warehouse through data audits and discrepancy tracking.
-Assist with report automation and analytics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
-Experience in material flow, inventory management, and EDI/DELFOR systems with a focus on data validation and reporting.
-Proficiency in logistics data tracking, shipment scheduling, and document handling using ERP or transportation platforms.
-Familiarity with engineering change control, new part tracking, and PPAP/PPPS processes; ability to analyze technical data.
-Strong analytical and communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams using data-driven insights.

Stipend: $50K – 60K/ year
Working Hour:Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
