📋 Job Description:
We are a family-owned Korean supermarket looking for a reliable, Grocery Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations. If you understand Korean products and customers and have leadership experience, we want to hear from you! Experience not necessary but greatly preferred.

✅ Responsibilities:
Manage staff and daily operations

Oversee inventory, restocking, and purchasing

Communicate with vendors and suppliers (Korean-speaking preferred)

Monitor cleanliness, safety, and customer service

Train and schedule employees

💼 Requirements:
Korean and English fluency preferred

2+ years experience in retail or grocery management

Strong organization and communication skills

Experience with POS/inventory systems (preferred)

Work authorization in the U.S.
