Position Title: Materials Planning & Logistics
Job Type: OPT & Local

Responsibilities:
• 자재 소요 계획에 따른 적정 재고 수준 설정 및 물류 관리
• 고객사 생산 일정에 따라 자재 생산/납품 계획 수립
• 적시 납품을 위한 위해 현장 작업자 배치 및 관리
• 재고 부족 및 과잉 재고를 방지하기 위한 전략 수립 및 관리
• 정기적인 재고 감사 실시
• 입고, 보관, 출고를 포함한 창고 운영 관리

• Set appropriate inventory levels and manage logistics based on materials requirement planning
• Develop production and delivery schedules according to customer production timelines
• Assign and manage on-site workers to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and manage strategies to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
• Conduct regular inventory audits
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping

Qualifications:
– 엔지니어, 비즈니스, supply chain 학과 졸업 및 관련 학위 소지자 (해당 직무 관련 전공 우대)
– MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 능통한 자
– 탁월한 분석, 문제 해결 및 의사 결정 능력 소유자
– 뛰어난 리더쉽, 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계 능력 소유자
– 이중언어(한국어/영어) 가능자
– 미국내 근무, 비자/운전 면허증 발급에 결격 사유 없는 자

– Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (preferred majors related to the job function)
– Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
– Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (visa and driver’s license eligibility required)

Stipend: $50,000 – 80,000 (year)
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
